Regarding hotels, there is a courtesy hotel block at the Park MGM and MGM Grand. They are both within walking distance of the Hard Rock Café. If you want a more luxurious hotel, Aria is connected to the Park MGM. The Excalibur is a few blocks from the Hard Rock Café and is a lower-priced no-frills hotel.

There is no courtesy block on rooms at the Aria ($247/ night) and Excalibur ($115/ night) because the prices for the courtesy block rooms were equivalent to what you can find online.

Besides the slight discount to the hotel rooms at the MGM Grand and Park MGM, the benefit of the courtesy hotel block rooms is that they are refundable up to 7 days before 1/31/2025.

The courtesy room block cut-off date is 12/31/2024.

Room Block Policies

Taxes
Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 13.38% and are subject to change, or applicable service, or hotel-specific fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the guest stay.

Resort Fee
Room rates are quoted exclusive of the 45 per night per room Resort Fee. Resort Fee is subject to change at the hotel’s discretion. The daily Resort Fee standard inclusions are in-room wireless internet access, unlimited local, domestic long-distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; airline boarding pass printing; digital newspaper and magazine access; and fitness center access for guests 18+. Amenities and fitness center access are subject to availability and guest demand.

Occupancy Fee
An additional person fee will be added for each guest, per night, over double occupancy. Maximum occupancy for rooms with one (1) King bed is two (2) guests and for rooms with two (2) Queen beds is four (4) guests.

If you indicate that you will have 4 guests in the Queen beds room, they will charge you for 2 extra people.
